CHANGING PRINTING PREFERENCES
You might need to be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group in order to perform some tasks.
After you install a printer on your computer, the printer will be listed in both the Printers folder and the Print dialog box of the program you are using. You can change your printing preferences such as the layout of text on the page and the number of copies that print.
To change printing preferences :
To open Printers and Faxes, click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Printers and Faxes.

- Click each tab to see the available choices, and then make your changes.
